Kimiko, in memoriam
Kimiko, from our resident pack, was our star and a true icon at events like Heroes Made In Asia. She took over the baton from Aloha and naturally drew the attention of visitors with her presence, charm, and character.
She helped us make the rescue story visible. Where people first came to see Kimiko, conversations about dogs who still need help, medical care, safety, and a second chance naturally followed.
With pain in our hearts we have had to say goodbye to Kimiko, but her meaning remains. She is a symbol for the dogs we fight for every day, and in her spirit we continue our presence at events undiminished.
